         If you use QLink from Gendex as a bridge it is no longer supported. So here are a few setting that might help.

1. ) Check the c:\vixwin.ini and make sure the dmode=1 for bridged mode.

2. ) In Practiceworks you need to make sure the Vixwin section is correct ;

      C:\pworks\pworks.ini

     [VixWin]
     App=C:\vixwin\vixwin.exe
    CaptureDir=L:\VXIMAGES\   where ( L ) equals the drive letter pointing to the images on the server
    qlink=c:\vx_qlink
    TOPIC=BASIC

3. ) These settings are the same for Dentrix also.
